About This Project

A 2D aerial site plan created for a retail center in Prescott, Arizona. Proposed building footprints, parking layouts, and landscaping were overlaid onto aerial imagery to produce a clear, compelling marketing tool. This type of site plan is widely used in leasing brochures, investor presentations, and city submittal packages to communicate the full scope of a commercial development at a glance.
